Non-medical emotional and physical support, encouragement for your partner, and help communicating your preferences. Traveling doula arrangements are discussed around your location and due date.

Postnatal care centered on your adjustment: practical newborn guidance, feeding and lactation support, and help building a rhythm that leaves room for recovery.
Support through the first year
Newborn-to-one-year guidance and parent coaching as your baby grows. Talk through changing routines, caregiving confidence, and the everyday questions of early parenthood.

Rose Quartz Doula Services is built around a simple belief: families deserve to feel heard as they grow. Our approach makes space for different birth preferences, feeding journeys, and family structures. Doula support complements your clinical team; it does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Planning your care

These are proposed planning ranges, not confirmed booking prices or national averages. Your written quote will confirm hours, availability, travel costs, and exactly what is included.
Coaching & consultation
$75–$150 / session
A focused 60-minute conversation for pregnancy preparation, postpartum planning, or early parenting questions.
Birth support package
$1,200–$2,500
Plan for two prenatal visits, agreed on-call coverage, labor support, and one postpartum follow-up. Coverage terms are confirmed before booking.
Postnatal & infant care
$35–$65 / hour
Flexible blocks for recovery, newborn care guidance, feeding support, and parenting confidence through year one.
Traveling continuity package
$4,500–$8,000 + travel
A proposed bundle of six prenatal visits across the trimesters, birth support, and 24 postpartum or infant-support hours used through the first year. Travel, lodging, and extra hours are quoted separately.
